The CREATE! Development System for Element-Oriented Simulator uses the ASN.1 (abstract syntax notation one) for writing its trace file, so it will be possible to exchange the simulation results with other simulation tools which either use ASN.1 or use a ASN.1-tool to create ASN.1 readers. But it is more interesting to have a look at the new capability of object-related evaluations. The new defined and implemented trace format allows us to have a detailed look at the materialflow in the simulation model, using the standard post-run evaluation mechanism. The new trace provides respond time and delivery time analysis for arbitrary parts of the simulation model as well as various evaluations of costs
