Abstract
The abundance of possible options also plays a decisive role in the implementation of new employee remuneration systems. While the following paper does not enable a company-specific selection and adaption, it demonstrates a procedure that attempts to systematically take into consideration the various aspects involved from the points of view of company and employees when payment structures are to be decided upon.
