Flexible Prüfzelle zur Formprüfung an Blechteilen

A flexible 3D test process for shape defects in sheet components is described in this article. A flexible 3D sensor can be installed in a test cell on a robot at the exit of a press line. Alternatively it is possible to install the sensor in a fixed position above the test specimen. Another concept is sheet component testing directly in the production line at the deposit point of the workpieces between the single forming stations. In this latter application the sensor may be installed into the workpiece handling devices.
