Title

Ergonomic user interface design for 3D-laser welding cells

Abstract
An approach to ergonomic user interface design for 3D-laser welding cells is introduced which relies on both the human factor and software engineering methods. The operator's task of process control and diagnosis is analyzed in detail using interaction diagrams. Design potentials for future user interfaces in the application domain are presented.
