Elektronische Zeitung über ISDN. Ergebnisse aus dem Pilotversuch im RACE-Projekt "Telepublishing"

The possibilities of an individual electronic newspaper (IEN) were studied within the RACE project "Telepublishing". Main features of the IEN is the possibility of a reader to specify his individual preferences which are combined in a reader profile. The IEN is then automatically generated according to this profile and sent via ISDN to the reader. The paper discusses the technical and organisational prerequisits for the production and distribution of an IEN. The results of a pilot demonstration are also discussed.
