While the search for new ways to protect the environment from damaging vibrations continues, researchers in the area of forming technology started to explore the topic of "vibrations" in a completely different sense a long time ago. And the results show that, if dimensioned skillfully, vibrations can have amazing effects. The article will give an overall view of the useful application of vibration superposition in the metal forming process, especially in deep drawing.
