Characterization of an InP-based electrical 1:2 demultiplexer in a 107 Gb/s OOK system

Abstract
The system performance of an InP-based electrical demultiplexer within an optically pre-amplified 107 Gb/s OOK receiver is investigated. Error-free performance was achieved in back-to-back configuration.
