Wave based method in a complex domain: Accuracy improvement
Abstract
This paper discusses several possibilities to improve the quality of the numerical WBM solution of Helmholtz type boundary value problem in a complex domain, i.e. domains which have to be subdivided into several sub-domains, in the case of mid-frequency range. To increase the accuracy of the numerical WBM solution we apply the principles of Geometric Multi-Grid Method, namely the so-called V-Cycling. We claim that almost without increase of computational costs one is able to achieve better numerical solution.
