Abstract
(A1) Ein Bildsensor umfasst eine Mehrzahl von Bildelementen, die ausgelegt sind, um zugehoerige Bildelement-Signale zu liefern, die von auf die Bildelemente einfallenden Lichtintensitaeten abhaengig sind. Der Bildsensor umfasst eine Akkumulationsschaltung mit einer Mehrzahl von Ladungsspeicherelementen, wobei die Akkumulationsschaltung ausgelegt ist, um waehrend einer Phase Ladungen auf den Ladungsspeicherelementen in Abhaengigkeit von Bildelement-Signalen jeweils zugeordneter Bildelemente zu veraendern. Die Akkumulationsschaltung ist ferner ausgelegt, um eine Zuordnung zwischen Ladungsspeicherelementen und zugeordneten Bildelementen in aufeinanderfolgenden Phasen zu veraendern, so dass in einem Betrieb eine Ladung auf einem der Ladungsspeicherelemente von Bildelement-Signalen mehrerer Bildelemente in einer Mehrzahl von Phasen abhaengt.

ADVANTAGE - The sensor obtains a sharp mapping of pictures moved with respect to the sensor. The sensor allows a realization in a CMOS technology. The sensor allows a particularly cost-effective realization, when the realization of charge storage elements and the realization of a changeable association between charge storage elements and image elements are implemented in a conventional technology at a low cost. The sensor provides an operational speed that is increased by avoiding the bucket-brigade principle. The sensor avoids a loss of quality by smearing of charge.
