Abstract
(B3) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Bauteils basierend auf dreidimensionalen Daten des Bauteils unter Verwendung von Pulver-Werkstoffen, wobei mindestens ein Abschnitt des Bauteils, der ein zusammenhaengendes Bauteil-Volumen darstellt, datenmaessig in einen Huellbereich und einen Kernbereich unterteilt wird, wobei eine Bauplattform, die eine Aufbauebene in x-y-Richtung in einem rechtwinkligen x-y-z-Koordinatensystem darstellt, bereitgestellt wird, darauf nacheinander Pulverschichten in z-Richtung uebereinander aufgebracht werden und jede Pulverschicht in einem definierten Querschnittsbereich mittels Energiestrahlung verfestigt wird, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass zunaechst aus den Pulverschichten der Huellbereich des Bauteil-Volumens, basierend auf den Daten, als feste Huelle aufgebaut wird, danach der im Kernbereich des Bauteil-Volumens, der von der festen Huelle umgeben ist, angesammelte Pulverwerkstoff entfernt wird, und anschliessend der leere Kernbereich mit einem weiteren Werkstoff aufgefuellt wird. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung des nach dem Verfahren hergestellten Bauteils.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The procedure for the production of a component (1) based on three-dimensional data of the component under use of powder materials, comprises dividing a section of the component that represents a related component volume, into a covering area out of hot-work steel and a core area out of heat conducting material, allocating a construction platform that represents a construction plain in x-y-direction in a right-angled x-y-z-coordination system, and subjecting a powder layer on the platform in z-direction to each other. Each powder layer is solidified by energy radiation in a defined cross-section area that corresponds to a cross-section area corresponding to the data of the component.
