Verfahren zur Herstellung einer elektronischen Baugruppe sowie elektronische Baugruppe

(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer elektronischen Baugruppe (21), umfassend mindestens ein elektronisches Bauelement (9), wobei in einem ersten Schritt das mindestens eine elektronische Bauelement (9) auf einer isolierenden Schicht (5) einer leitfaehigen Folie (1) befestigt ist, wobei die aktive Seite des elektronischen Bauelementes (9) in Richtung der leitfaehigen Folie (1) weist. In einem zweiten Schritt wird die leitfaehige Folie (1) mit dem mindestens einen daran befestigten elektronischen Bauelement (9) auf einen Leiterplattentraeger (13) auflaminiert, wobei das mindestens eine elektronische Bauelement (9) in Richtung des Leiterplattentraegers (13) weist. Abschliessend werden durch Strukturieren der leitfaehigen Folie (1) Leiterbahnen (15) ausgebildet und das mindestens eine elektronische Bauteil (9) wird ankontaktiert. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine elektronische Baugruppe, umfassend mindestens ein elektronisches Bauelement (9), welches mit einer Leiterbahnstruktur auf einem Leiterplattentraeger (13) verbunden ist. Das mindestens eine elektronische Bauelement (9) ist im Leiterplattentraeger (13) eingebettet und die Leiterbahnstruktur (15, 27) ist an der Oberflaeche der Leiterplatte (23) angeordnet.
