Titel
Improving application and understanding of experience packages through learning spaces
Abstract
Understanding and applying software engineering experience packages is often problematic because people lack the necessary background knowledge or because the information in an experience package is not described adequately. The learning space approach automatically enriches experience packages with additional learning content and contextual information. The results of a two-factorial counter-balanced within-subject experiment with 19 students reveal that learning spaces significantly improve (p < .05) the understanding and application of experience packages. A power analysis and effect sizes provide a baseline for future studies in this specific field of experience management.
