Modifikation anodischer Schichten auf Aluminiumlegierungen
Abstract
Sufficient corrosion protection and good adhesive bonding properties are important requirements for the application of aluminium alloys. The chromic acid anodising process fulfilled these requirements perfectly, but this process is highly problematic because of Cr-VI toxicity. Therefore alternative surface modification methods are still being intensively investigated. A promising method for corrosion protection of aluminium alloys consisting of anodising in phosphoric acid with a following impregnation process by chemical nanotechnology is being developed. Varying the anodising parameters led to pore-structures on AA1050 with pore diameters of up to 60 nm which are suitable for impregnation. For this process nanoparticles with an average diameter of 10 nm were prepared and used for deposition experiments. First results and experience are presented.
