Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer metallischen Kontaktstruktur einer Solarzelle, umfassend die Verfahrensschritte:
- Aufbringen einer metallischen Kontaktstruktur auf eine Oberfläche der Solarzelle,
- Verstärken der metallischen Kontaktstruktur in einem elektrolytischen Bad.
Wesentlich ist, dass die metallische Kontaktstruktur dadurch aufgebracht wird, dass eine metallhaltige Tinte mittels mindestens einer Druckdüse auf die Oberfläche der Solarzelle aufgebracht wird.
