The terahertz response between 100 GHz and 2 THz is compared for three different detectors: a TeraFET, a Schottky barrier diode and an InGaAs-based photoconductive antenna. Additionally, the baseband frequency response is measured to evaluate the potential of these detectors in terahertz wireless communication links.
