Abstract
Bei einem Spiegel mit einem Substrat (1) und einer auf das Substrat (1) aufgebrachten reflektierenden Schichtenfolge (6), die eine Silberschicht (4) enthaelt, ist das Substrat (1) ein Metallsubstrat, wobei eine der Schichtenfolge (6) zugewandte Oberflaeche (8) des Substrats (1) gekruemmt ist und auf die gekruemmte Oberflaeche (8) eine Nickel enthaltende Schicht (2) aufgebracht ist.

A facing surface of the substrate bended in the layer sequence and nickel is applied on the facing surface containing a layer (2). The substrate is a metal substrate particularly an aluminum substrate and is a spherically bended. The shaping of the metal substrate takes place through a rotary method particularly through diamond turning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing of a mirror. USE - Mirror. ADVANTAGE - The mirror is coated by a silver layer, thus ensures small light scattering and a high corrosion resistant features of the mirror. The substrate is a metal substrate particularly an aluminum substrate, thus ensures good heat conductivity and provides comparatively simple and precise treatment. The shaping of the metal substrate takes place through a rotary method particularly through diamond turning. In this way the curved surface of the metal substrate is formed with small manufacture expenditure.
