Abstract
Vorgestellt wird ein zylindrischer Waermetauscher mit einer von einem Fluid durchstroembaren, mit einem Adsorbens (6, 7) in thermischem Kontakt stehenden Waermetauscherplatte (4) mit einer im wesentlichen laenglichen rechteckigen Grundform, mit zwei gegenueberliegenden langen Kanten und zwei die langen Kanten verbindenden kurzen Kanten. Ebenso wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zylinderfoermigen Waermetauschers vorgestellt, welches die folgenden Schritte enthaelt:$A × Bereitstellen einer im wesentlichen laenglichen Waermetauscherplatte (4),$A × Bereitstellen eines Adsorbens (6, 7), das in thermischen Kontakt zur Waermetauscherplatte (4) gebracht wird,$A × Aufwickeln der Waermetauscherplatte (4) zu einer zylindrischen Form.
WO 2007017273 A2 UPAB: 20070426 NOVELTY - The heat exchanger has a heat exchanger plate (4) via which fluid flows, where the plate is in thermal contact with an adsorbent. The plate has an elongate rectangular base form, two opposite long edges and two short edges, which are connected to the long edges. The plate is wound to form a cylindrical shape. Manifolds arranged along long edges of the plate are connected by fluid channels running over the width of the plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a use of the heat exchanger as a heat accumulator (2) a method for manufacturing a cylindrical heat exchanger. USE - Used as a heat accumulator (claimed). Can also be used in refrigerator and air conditioning arrangement. ADVANTAGE - The plate has the elongate rectangular base form, two opposite long edges and two short edges and is wound to form the cylindrical shape, hence the losses occurring by the heating and cooling of the heat exchanger during the adsorption and desorption are reduced. The heat exchanger is compact and is manufactured in a simple manner. The heat released during the adsorption is thus exhausted efficiently and the heat necessary during the desorption is supplied in a problem-free manner.
