Abstract
Beschrieben wird die Verwendung eines Lackes, umfassend - eine Polyurethanmatrix auf Basis aliphatischer Komponenten und - in die Polyurethanmatrix eingebettete, die Abriebbestaendigkeit erhoehende Fuellstoffe als abriebfeste Beschichtung von (a) Flugzeuglandeklappen 2 im Kontaktbereich mit den Spoilern 4 oder (b) im Scheuerbereich der Cargo Doors oder (c) im Scheuerbereich anderer im Betrieb mechanisch aufeinander reibender Flugzeugbauteile. Beschrieben werden ferner entsprechende Landeklappen und Lacke.

 

WO 2007042398 A1 UPAB: 20070711 NOVELTY - Use is claimed as an abrasion-resistant coating of a lacquer comprising a polyurethane based on aliphatic components and an embedded filler to increase abrasion resistance, the lacquer being applied on (A) aircraft landing flaps in the contact zone with the spoilers; (B) the abrasive zone of the cargo doors; or (C) the abrasive zone of other aircraft components mechanically producing friction on top of each other. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for such abrasion resistant lacquers as used in application (a) above, the filler being of Mohs hardness greater than or equal to7 and particle size (d50) 0.1-30 mu and/or of Mohs hardness less than or equal to7 and particle size (d50) 3-50 mu.
