Technische Lösung für eine Auskunftskomponente im Bodeninformationssystem Rheinland-Pfalz
Abstract
The ministry for environment and forestry creates a soil information system for the federal state Rhineland-Palatinate. Target of this project is to improve the availabil-ity and the access to soil-protection-relevant information and the acceleration of planning projects. An information, decision and enforcement system will therefore be developed, which will enable the analysis, evaluation and representation of the soil status. Apart from the technical conception, selected aspects are implemented by the Fraunhofer-Institute for computer graphics (IGD). The realization of an applicable implementation (creation of input masks for entry and evaluation) is already in progress. A distributed, open information system is conceived in order to ensure a future-safe development and a later binding to other environmental areas. For this reason a three tier architecture, safety concepts (e. g. cascading arrangement of firewall systems) and protection plans for data consistency will be considered. An example of use: A part of the data acquisition will be externally proceeded. Thus, a possibility has to be found to store the necessary data of the data provider in databases without giving access to sensitive data of the ministry.
