The poster shows the results of an ASIC development which contains an analogue sensor frontend for the failure detection of axial piston pumps by acoustic condition monitoring. The whole analogue signal chain and digital communication was integrated as an flexible and configurable system containing an programmable gain amplifier, an ADC and the internal generation of all needed references and clocks. The ASIC was developed as part of the project „Self-adapting sensor systems for acoustic condition monitoring in industry 4.0 applications“ (ACME4.0).
