Ultra-slim flexible glass is an emerging flexible substrate material for flexible displays, devices or lighting. 100 µm thick flexible glasses with a maximum dimension of 250-300mm2 were deposited with ITO and IZO at room temperature. The films were refined by in-line flash lamp annealing in the millisecond time range.
