Abstract
The invention relates to a gas-sensitive sensor element, wherein at least two electrodes are arranged on a surface of a solid electrolyte that is conductive for particular ions, which electrodes are electrically insulated from each other and are connected to each other in an ion-conductive manner by means of the solid electrolyte. From each of the electrodes, an electrically conductive connection to a first device that measures the particular voltage, the electric current, and/or the electrical resistance is established such that a determination of the concentration of at least one gas present at one of the electrodes can be achieved. The electrically conductive connection to at least one of the electrodes is established by means of a first material, and in addition a second electrically conductive connection is established by means of a second material. The first material and the second material are integrally bonded to each other in a region. The first material and the second material from a thermocouple. Thus, the temperature at the sensor element can be determined with the first device or a second device by means of the thermoelectric voltage measured at the electrically conductive connections formed with the first material and the second material. At least the electrically conductive connection formed with the first material is connected to the first device.
