Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Module, umfassend Hohlfaser- oder Kapillarmembranen, einen Formkoerper und aus Vergussmassen bestehende Einbettungen, so genannte "Pottungen", die die Hohlfaser- oder Kapillarmembranen gasdicht und temperaturbelastbar in einen Formkoerper einbetten, sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Hohlfaser- oder Kapillarmembranmodule.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) Method for producing a module comprising inserting the hollow fiber or capillary membranes into a molded body, inserting a first casting composition into the molded body, forming a first layer of an encapsulation of the first composition, inserting a second casting composition into the molded body, forming a second layer of an encapsulation of the second composition, inserting a third casting composition into the molded body and forming a third layer of an encapsulation of the third composition; and (2) Device containing the above module. USE - For separating and cleaning gases and vapors, especially in high temperature applications, and for liquid filtration, especially micro-, ultra- and nano-filtration. ADVANTAGE - The hollow fiber or capillary membranes are temperature resistant, easily handled, mechanically stable and gas-tight.
