Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verknuepfen eines Silans mit der Formel (IIa), $F1 worin die Reste und Indices die folgende Bedeutung haben: Ra ist eine offenkettige und/oder cyclische Alkylen-, Arylen- oder Alkylenarylengruppe mit jeweils 1 bis 10 Kohlestoffatomen, die durch eine oder mehrere Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatome oder Carboxyl- oder Aminogruppen unterbrochen sein oder solche Atome/Gruppen an ihrem dem Siliciumatom abgewandten Ende tragen kann; R1 ist eine mit Y substituierte, offenkettige und/oder cyclische Alkylen-, Arylen- oder Alkylenarylengruppe mit jeweils 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, die durch eine oder mehrere Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatome oder Carboxyl- oder Aminogruppen unterbrochen sein oder solche Atome/Gruppen an einem ihrer Enden tragen kann, R' ist eine offenkettige und/oder cyclische Alkyl-, Alkenyl-, Aryl-, Alkylaryl- oder Arylalkylgruppe mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, B hat die Bedeutung einer geradkettigen oder verzweigten, organisch polymerisierbaren Gruppe mit mindestens einer C=C-Doppelbindung und mindestens 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, X1 ist eine Gruppe, die unter Ausbildung von Si-O-Si-Bruecken eine hydrolytische Kondensationsreaktion eingehen kann, Y bedeutet -OH oder -COOH, a bedeutet 1 oder 2, und b ist 0 oder 1, zur Herstellung eines Produktes, das die Komponente (III) $F2 zweifach, dreifach oder in einer hoeheren Anzahl enthaelt, wobei ...

USE - The silane polymers are useful as and/or for the production of coating-, filling-, gluing-, grouting- and sealing masses, fibers, particles, foils, binding agents for ceramic particles, or as embedding masses. ADVANTAGE - The scratchproof coatings and molded article exhibit high firmness; possess a high wet-strength; and does not exhibit any toxicological/allergic hesitation.
