Titel
Funktionalisierte 3D-Keramikkomponenten durch Kombination von Mehrlagenkeramik und Keramikspritzguss
Alternative
Functionalization of 3D ceramic components by combination of multilayer ceramic technology and ceramic injection moulding
Abstract

The contribution presents the development results of a new technological platform based on the combination of ceramic multilayer technology (MLC) and ceramic injection moulding (CIM). Within the development a demonstrator (monolithic ceramic pressure sensor with integrated media port [3], [4]) was worked out and is presented. The development included the design of a piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensor, the simulation supported engineering of a tool concept, the selection of materials and the manufacturing of necessary semifinished components (ceramic green tapes, ceramic and polymer feedstocks). Furthermore the manufacturing of functionalized deformation elements, the Inmould Labeling (IM) process, the heat treatment (core extraction, debinding and sintering), the structural and functional characterization and the evaluation of the sensory element is discussed. The contribution closes with a summary and with an outlook on future application fields of the new solution.
