Abstract
Vesikel mit einem inneren Kompartiment, einer Membran und einer Aussenseite, wobei das Vesikel an der Aussenseite mindestens ein Molekuel traegt mit einer ersten Domaene, die mindestens eine Bindungsstelle fuer Dendritische Zellen, Langerhans-Zellen, Makrophagen/Monozyten, Enterozyten, M-Zellen und B-Lymphozyten und ein weiteres Antigen in der Membran des Vesikels verankert ist und einer zweiten Domaene, die eine membranstaendige Region ist, und das Bindungsmolekuel in der Membran des Vesikels verankert.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION - New vesicles (A), consisting of an internal compartment, a membrane and an outer side, carry on the outer side a binder molecule (I) which is anchored to the membrane and includes: (i) a first domain (D1) having a binding site for dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, macrophages/monocytes, enterocytes, M-cells and B-lymphocytes and another antigen anchored in the vesicle membrane and (ii) a second domain (D2) consisting of a membrane-fixed region. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) non-mammalian cells (specifically bacteria, yeasts, viruses, (bacterio)phages, plant cells, algae or cell organelles) comprising the vesicles, where (I) is expressed by the cells; and (2) the preparation of (A), by integrating membranes in defined orientation in the lipid membranes of liposomes. ACTIVITY - Antibacterial; Virucide; Anti-HIV; Protozoacide. MECHANISM OF ACTION - Vaccine. USE - The use of (A) for vaccination is claimed. Typically (A) induce a response to pathogens such as bacteria (e.g. Helicobacter pylori), viruses (e.g. HCV, HIV, herpes virus or influenza virus) or malarial parasites. ADVANTAGE - (A) induce a targeted T-cell response in vivo.
