Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Additionsprodukt, das mittels einer Saeure-Base-Reaktion aus Hexafluorokieselsaeure und/oder Hexafluorotitansaeure und/oder Hexafluorozirkoniumsaeure mit einer oder mehreren organischen Basen herstellbar ist sowie ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung und seine Verwendung. Die erfindungsgemaessen Additionsprodukte gewaehrleisten eine schnelle und dauerhafte Inhibierung von Korrosionsprozessen; sie sind besonders geeignet zur Inhibierung der Korrosion von Leichtmetallen.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) A composition (II) containing at least one addition product (I) as well as one or more metal salts having SiF62- TiF62- and/or ZrF62- anions. (2) A component comprising a light metal and/or light metal alloy and a corrosion inhibiting compound comprising an addition product (I), preferably having a heterocyclic base, that inhibits the cathodic partial reaction of corrosion processes at the component. USE - The addition product (I) is useful as a corrosion inhibitor by incorporation into polymers, preferably in paints, adhesives, primers, casting compositions, sealants, colorants and/or corrosion primers, or in conversion baths for the protection of copper containing light-metal alloys, preferably of aluminum, magnesium and/or zinc in aircraft construction and for the protection of components from weathering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) is less toxic than chromium compounds and has a low solubility in water.
