Abstract
Das Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Haertebahnen auf Werkstuecken mittels Elektronenstrahl dient der Haertung von begrenzten Flaechen auf Bauteilen, insbesondere der Laufbahnen von Waelzfuehrungselementen. Erfindungsgemaess wird der hochfrequent programmiert periodisch abgelenkte Elektronenstrahl im gesamten Strahleinwirkfeld in parallel zur Haertebahn begrenzten Teilfeldern derart zur Einwirkung gebracht, dass in den Teilfeldern die Energieuebertragungsdauer unterschiedlich ist.
