Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Blutgefaessadapter wie beispielsweise Stents oder Anastomosenadapter mit einem Rohrstueck mit einer Durchgangsoeffnung zwischen zwei axialen Endoeffnungen, wobei das Rohrstueck in radialer Richtung zur Verkleinerung seines Durchmessers kompressibel und/oder zusammenfaltbar und anschliessend in eine vorbestimmte Form bringbar ist, sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung von Adaptern.

The mold is coated with a metallic biodegradable material using a PVD, CVD or galvanic process. The mold is coated with magnesium, a magnesium alloy or magnesium metal foam. The magnesium alloy may be contained in a propellant suspended in an electrolyte. The propellant is added to the electrolyte as pure powder or in capsule form. USE - Used as a stent or an anastomosis adapter in bypass surgery. ADVANTAGE - Damage to the wall of the heart is avoided.
