Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Charakterisierung von Nanodomaenen aufweisenden Oberflaechen, wobei Biosensoren die an Nanopartikeln immobilisierten Affinitaetsmolekuele aufweisen, mit einer Nanodomaenen aufweisenden Oberflaeche inkubiert werden und die Bindung der Biosensoren an eine Nanodomaene der Oberflaeche mittels einer Detektionseinrichtung charakterisiert wird.

The affinity molecule is e.g. an oligonucleotide, polynucleotide, natural or synthetic antibody or fragment thereof, an aptamer, a lectin, a peptide, an oligopeptide, an amino acid derivative, a nucleotide, glycoprotein, a cofactor, a vitamin, an enzyme, a bacteria and/or a virus. USE - The process is used to characterise a surface nano-domain in a medical application e.g. dialysis membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method shows the relationship of the flat surface to a polymer-nanodomain, biosensor and gold nanoparticle.
