Abstract
Beschrieben wird ein Werkzeug zum Erzeugen einer mikrostrukturierten Oberflaeche, umfassend: - eine flexible Matrize mit einem Negativ der zu erzeugenden Mikrostruktur, - eine ueber eine Oberflaeche verfahrbare Andruckwalze zum Andruecken der Matrize an die Oberflaeche, wobei Andruckwalze und Matrize so angeordnet sind, dass beim Verfahren der Walze ueber die Oberflaeche die Matrize in einer rollenden Bewegung zwischen Walze und Oberflaeche gelangt, so dass das Negativ der Matrize der Oberflaeche zugewandt ist.

ADVANTAGE - At little cost, a microstructure is produced on an inflexible, opaque material, especially over large areas. The hardenable material may be a paint or coating system. Detailed examples exemplify production of a polymer matrix for use in microtexturing transport aircraft surfaces, and examples of 2-part hardenable materials.
