Abstract
The paper describes a method for parameter identification in the regular process without deterministic test signals (non-invasive identification). In literature it can be found that specific requirements have to be fulfilled for this kind of parameter estimation. This results in extending modules explained in the paper. For the example of a machine tool, the method is applied and the identification results for each axis are shown.
