Leichtbau und Betriebsfestigkeit durch realitätsnahe Lastannahmen am Beispiel von PKW-Anhängevorrichtungen
Abstract
An important precondition for optimal light-weight design are realistic load assumptions for the design as well as for fatigue tests. Extensive simplifications, e. g. uniaxial instead of multiaxial loading and/or constant instead of variable amplitude loading may result in problems and turn a pretended cost-saving solution into an expensive one. The task is explained and a solution is presented taking trailer coupling devices of passenger cars as example.
