Ultrafine explosive particles were produced by a bead milling technology. Micro-scaled ADN-material was gained by milling of a non-aqueous ADN-Decane suspension with a diving basket mill, filled with ceramic beads. Particles with mean size of 2.06 μm could be successfully produced in technical scale.
