In nowadays supply chains a high logistics service level is required. Controlled order management needs accuracy and transparency in planning the unexpected. Disturbance mangement assists enterprises within supply networks in the management of unpredictable events, when they have to interact in short time frames with numerous organisations and persons. Therefore this work provides a fast applicable and economical procurable distrubance management solution with the modules communication, knowledge and technology. This is characterised by a reaction model with flexible workflow modules for standard IT products assisted by structured communication and state of the art knowledge management.
