Product-service systems enabling for sustainable city mobility

Abstract
Dr. Jialiang Hu was born in Jiangxi, P.R. China. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as research assistant in Institute for Machine Tools and Factory Management at Technische Univerisität Berlin. His study was funded by the "China Scholarship Council" (CSC). Product-Service Systems (PSS) have the potentials to improve the sustainability of city mobility. Sustainable city mobility requires the accessibility which provides the opportunity to access transport means and operations. An accessibility-oriented design methodology for PSS based on product, service and system innovation are described. The stakeholders of city mobility, i.e. customer, provider and society, are put in a win-win-win situation for ease of achieving sustainable goals.
