Abstract
Prozessorientierte Organisiationsformen setzen sich in der Praxis zunehmend durch. Nicht nur auf Abteilungsebene, sondern über die ganze Wertschöpfungskette wird optimiert und zudem das Kunden-Lieferanten-Denken gefördert. Ein Systemzulieferer der Automobilindustrie entschied sich für die Neugestaltung der Kundenbereiche mit einem prozessorientierten Ansatz.

Optimisation is aimed at, not only at a departmental level but throughout the entire value added chain. Customer/supplier thinking is also fostered. A supplier of systems to the automotive industry decided to reorganise its customer service divisions with a process orientated approach.
