Abstract
There are a lot of FEM simulations existing dealing with temperature distribution during isothermal dwell time, but only a few showing results during heating ramp. In this work we simulate the temperature distribution by FEM during heating ramp including changing sample dimensions, which are correlating with volume change because of sintering during heating. All FEM results were validated by in situ temperature measurements. The temperature distribution is shown for two types of materials an electrically conductive and non-conductive one.
