Abstract
Influence of accelerated electrons to defects induced by hydrogen and plastic deformation, by the method positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy is investigated. Radiating effects on introduced into titanium hydrogen lead to significant decrease of the titan defectiveness. The distinction in kind of electrons influence in the titan is observed on a sequence of operations order of hydrogen introduction or plastic deformation. That results is explained by intensive modification of defect structure, stimulated by hydrogen movement under radiation effect.
