Polymersubstrat mit fluoreszierender Struktur, Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und dessen Verwendung

Abstract
The substrate has fluorescent structures as an integral component and formed as a photochemically generated retrieval grid, where the substrate has no fluorophores or precursors before photochemical processing. Fluorescent and non-fluorescent regions consist of identical output materials, where intensity of emission of the fluorescent region is 10 times greater than that of the non-fluorescent region. The structures are generated by radiation sources e.g. neodymium-doped yttrium orthovanadate/yttrium lithium fluoride laser, argon- and krypton fluoride lasers and fluorine- and xenon lasers. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a polymer substrate (2) a sample chamber containing a polymer substrate.
