The method involves implementing laser radiation in monofiles (3a, 3b) at constant thread running speed such that temperature above a softening temperature of a polymer is achieved within an radiated range of maximum sixty percentage of volume of the monofiles. A warmed portion of the monofiles is transferred such that the portion is subjected to two or three-dimensional shaping with simultaneous temperature balance within the volume. A mold is maintained, until a temperature below the softening temperature of the polymer is achieved, so that the textured mono file is rolled or stored.
