Title

ISO 9000:2000 - how to benefit?

Abstract
Experiences with the old ISO 9000-9004 especially in the automotive industry led to the process orientated ISO 9000:2000. This paper deals with their attributes and advantages, the components, essentials and postulates of the new standard. The special focus is the process and its meaning for the workflow management. At last some relevant software tools are considered.
