Abstract
(A1) Anordnung aus einem elastomeren und/oder polymeren Substrat und einer darauf angeordneten plasmapolymeren Beschichtung bestehend aus Kohlenstoff, Silizium, Sauerstoff, Stickstoff und Wasserstoff.
DE 102009046947 A1 UPAB: 20110609 NOVELTY - The arrangement made of an elastomeric- and/or polymeric substrate and a plasma polymeric coating arranged on the substrate consist of carbon, silicon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, is claimed. The molar ratio of the material in the plasma polymer coating is measured by means of an electron spectroscopy chemical analysis (ESCA) on the side turned away from the substrate, where the component ratio is oxygen:silicon (1.00-2.50), nitrogen:oxygen (0.03-0.40), and nitrogen:carbon (0.01-0.15). The first plasma polymeric coating has a thickness of 10-300 nm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The arrangement made of an elastomeric- and/or polymeric substrate and a plasma polymeric coating arranged on the substrate, consists of carbon, silicon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen. The molar ratio of the material in the plasma polymer coating is measured by means of an electron spectroscopy chemical analysis (ESCA) on the side turned away from the substrate, where the component ratio is oxygen:silicon (1.00-2.50), nitrogen:oxygen (0.03-0.40), and nitrogen:carbon (0.01-0.15), and/or in the range of the nitrogen maximum within the plasma polymeric coating measured by means of the ESCA, where component ratio is oxygen:silicon (1.00-2.80), nitrogen:oxygen (0.01-0.14), and nitrogen:carbon (0.02-0.50). The plasma polymer coating is measured by ESCA on the side turned from the substrate related to 100 atom% to the sum of the elements such as carbon, silicon, oxygen and nitrogen, where the atom percentage of the material of the coating is silicon (15-25 atom%), oxygen (16-35 atom%), nitrogen (1-6 atom%) and carbon (40-72 atom%) and/or in the range of the nitrogen maximum within the plasma polymer coating is measured by ESCA related to 100 atom% to sum of the elements such as carbon, silicon, oxygen and nitrogen, where the atom percentage of the material of the coating is silicon (18-35 atom%), oxygen (35-70 atom%), nitrogen (0.7-5 atom%) and carbon (10-35 atom%). The coating on the side turned away from the substrate has a surface energy of 26-40 mN/m and/or a hardness of 0.05-1 measured by means of a nanoindentation. The coating has a thickness of 1-10.000 nm. A second plasma polymeric coating consists of carbon, silicon, oxygen, hydrogen and fluorine or non fluorine, where the molar ratio of silicon and oxygen is less than or equal to 1.3:1 to 3:1, carbon and silicon is 0.3:1 to 5:1 and/or the combination of hydrogen with fluorine, and carbon is 0.5:1 to 3:1. The second plasma polymer coating measured by means of the ESCA related to 100 atom% to the sum of the elements consists of silicon (12-30 atom%), oxygen (16-60 atom%) and carbon (10-69 atom%). The first plasma polymeric coating has a thickness of 10-300 nm. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for (1) a sealing article; (2) an object; and (3) a method for producing an arrangement. USE - Arrangement useful in a metal or plastic sealing article such as interior parts for automobiles, therapeutic devices such as gloves, rubber cuff, switch surface, button or handle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The arrangement is simple.
