Abstract
DE 102009053543 A1 UPAB: 20110605 NOVELTY - The method involves determining a high-curvature region (2) at a measurement side (1) of a semiconductor structure, which characterizes a small radius of curvature in a dimension. Dopant provided at the high-curvature region is driven, and/or additional dopant is added at the high-curvature region, where emitter of the semiconductor structure is generated by the dopant in the semiconductor structure and measurement side of the semiconductor structure is covered by the emitter. Optical, spatially resolved image of the measurement side of the semiconductor structure is recorded. USE - Method for treating a semiconductor structure i.e. solar cell (claimed) that is utilized for converting sunlight into electrical energy. ADVANTAGE - The dopant provided at the high-curvature region is driven, and/or additional dopant is added at the high-curvature region, thus avoiding negative effects due to hot spot on the solar cell, and increasing efficiency of the solar cell modules.
