Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Photovoltaikmodul und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Photovoltaikmoduls. Erfindungsgemaess weist ein solches Photovoltaikmodul ein aus einem dehnbaren Material bestehendes Substrat und mehrere auf diese aufgebrachte Solarzellen, die zumindest teilweise zueinander beabstandet sind, auf, wobei die Solarzellen durch ein weiteres dehnbares Material zumindest ueberwiegend bedeckt sind.

 

DE 102009031600 A1 UPAB: 20110207 NOVELTY - The module (1) has solar cells (6) arranged on a substrate (2), which consists of an expandable material. The cells are predominantly covered with another expandable material and arranged in such a manner that the cells are partly spaced to each other, where the latter expandable material is polyurethane or thermoplastic. The cells cover a surface of the substrate to about 50 to 80 percent. The cells are designed as printed solar cells, organic solar cells and thin film solar cells such as carcinoma-in-situ (CIS) and/or Copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a photovoltaic module. USE - Photovoltaic module for use on a roof to produce energy. ADVANTAGE - The solar cells arranged on the substrate are predominantly covered with the expandable material and arranged in such a manner that the solar cells are partly spaced to each other, so that the photovoltaic module can be implemented in an easy and space-saving manner and is flexibly applicable in case of failure of individual cells, and bending of the module into multiple directions in the space is permitted.
