Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Reaktoranlage zur Reinigung eines Brenngases (A). Das Verfahren zur Reinigung des Brenngases (A) verwendet die Reaktoranlage mit einem eine Bettmaterialschuettung aufnehmenden Wanderbettreaktor (1), bei dem ein aus dem Wanderbettreaktor (1) gefoerderter, mit Partikeln und Schadstoffen aus dem Brenngas (A) beladener Teil des Bettmaterials im Kreislauf (16) durch ein Transportgas in eine Aufbereitungs- und Abscheidevorrichtung (6, 10) geleitet wird, in der das beladene Bettmaterial unter Trennung von Gas und Feststoff regeneriert wird und das regenerierte Bettmaterial wieder zurueck in den Wanderbettreaktor (1) geleitet wird, wobei das Transportgas von einem abgezweigten und anschliessend komprimierten Teilstrom des aus dem Wanderbettreaktor (1) austretenden, gereinigten Brenngases gewonnen wird und wobei das aus der Aufbereitungs- und Abscheidevorrichtung (6, 10) austretende, abgetrennte Transportgas gereinigt und von Feinstaub befreit wieder dem aus dem Wanderbettreaktor (1) austretenden, gereinigten Brenngas zugefuehrt wird.

The purified fuel gas is obtained from the crotched and compressed partial flow of the transport gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cleaning a fuel gas using a reactor system with a moving bed reactor absorbing the bed material filling, comprises supplying a part of the bed material loaded with particles and pollutants from the fuel gas promoted from moving bed reactor in a circuit (16) via a transport gas into a processing- (6) and/or separating device (10), where the loaded bed material is regenerated under the separation of the gas and solid and the regenerated bed material is again led back into the moving bed reactor. The purified fuel gas is obtained from the crotched and compressed partial flow of the transport gas leaving from the moving bed reactor and the separated transport gas leaving from the processing- and separating device is purified and freed from the fine dust and the purified fuel gas leaving from the moving bed reactor is again led back. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the reactor system for cleaning the fuel gas, comprising (i) a moving bed reactor absorbing the bed material filling for separation of particles and pollutants from the fuel gas to be purified, (ii) a solid circulation loop for management and regeneration and a part of the bed material loaded with particles and pollutants from the fuel gas promoted from the moving bed reactor using the transport gas, (iii) a compressor circuit (17) for the production of the transport gas from a partial flow of purified fuel gas leaving from the moving bed reactor and a (iv) gas cleaning circuit to clean the transport gas to transport the loaded bed material, where the solid circulation circuit is connected with an outlet for the loaded bed material of the moving bed reactor and exhibits a processing device and/or separating device, the compressor circuit on one hand is connected with a clean gas line over the purified fuel gas from the moving bed reactor for branching the transport stream and on the other side is connected with the solid circulation loop for supplying the transport gas and exhibits a compressor, the gas cleaning circuit is connected with the processing device and/or separating device and with the clean gas line, and exhibits a separating- and filter unit. USE - The method is useful for cleaning a fuel gas. ADVANTAGE - The method: has low equipment cost; and provides fuel gas with high purity and high efficiency, preferably even while utilizing high-temperature applications.
