Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Brennstoffzellenstack, bei dem die Brennstoffzelle als vormontierte Baueinheit ueber verbindende Fixierelemente zwischen zwei Endplatten gehalten wird.

 

DE 102009036628 A1 UPAB: 20110302 NOVELTY - The stack (1) has two end plates that are designed as cooling units (3). A fuel cell is arranged between the end plates. The fuel cell has a diaphragm, a gas diffusion layer and an electrode plate and/or a bipolar plate. The fuel cell is held between the end plates as a pre-mounted component over fixing elements that connect the end plates. The diaphragm, the gas diffusion layer and the electrode plate and/or the bipolar plate are pressed and/or glued during pre-assembly. Heat-conductive material i.e. silicone foil, is arranged between the fuel cell and the end plates. USE - Fuel cell stack. ADVANTAGE - The fuel cell is held between the end plates as the pre-mounted component over the fixing elements that connect the end plates, so that the arising voltages can be compensated in a reliable manner, thus preventing the fuel cell stack from getting damaged. The utilization of silicone foil enables balancing of large tolerance field, thus reducing cost of the individual components.
