Abstract
(A1) Verfahren zum Schutz eines Teiles einer Oberflaeche eines Flugzeuges vor Verunreinigung mit Insektenresten und/oder vor Vereisungen, umfassend folgende Schritte: a) Beschichten des zu schuetzenden Teiles der Oberflaeche mit einer Beschichtung, die innerhalb einer Zeitspanne von ? 3 Studen ab Start des Flugzeuges und unter normalen Flugbedingungen die Haftung zu dem zu schuetzenden Teil der Oberflaeche bis zur Abloesung verringern kann aufgrund von (i) Temperaturveraenderung und/oder (ii) UV-Strahlung und/oder (iii) Zugabe einer zersetzenden Komponente und/oder (iv) Luftfeuchtigkeitsdifferenz, b) Aussetzen des zu schuetzenden Teiles der Oberflaeche (i) einer Temperaturveraenderung und/oder (ii) einer UV-Bestrahlung und/oder (iii) Zugabe einer zersetzenden Komponente und/oder (iv) einer Luftfeuchtigkeitsdifferenz, so dass sich die Beschichtung mit gegebenenfalls darauf vorhandenen Verunreinigungen und/oder Vereisungen abloest.

 

DE 102009003201 A1 UPAB: 20101208 NOVELTY - The method involves coating a part of a surface to be protected with a coat i.e. bio polymer, within a time interval of less than or equal to 3 hours under normal flight conditions. The part of the protected surface is exposed to a temperature change, UV irradiation, corrosive components or an air humidity difference such that the coat is removed when the surface contacts with impurities and/or ice. The temperature change, the UV radiation and/or the air humidity difference are partly caused by changes of environmental condition due to altitude change after the aircraft is started. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The corrosive components are enzyme solutions, acids or bases. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an aircraft comprising a coating on a part of a surface (2) a coating device for laying a coating on an aircraft. USE - Method for protecting a part of a surface of an aircraft from contamination that is caused by insect residues and/or ice (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The part of the protected surface is exposed to the temperature change, the UV irradiation, the corrosive component or the air humidity difference such that the coat is removed when the surface contacts with impurities and/or ice, thus removing contamination caused due to insect residues and ice from the aircraft surface during the starting phase in an effective manner.
