Abstract
(A1) Es wird ein Sicherheitselement zur Kennzeichnung und/oder Identifikation von Gegenstaenden vorgeschlagen, das unter Verwendung von Strahlung vorgegebener Wellenlaenge les- oder erkennbar ist. Das Sicherheitselement sieht mindestens zwei Isomere einer Substanz vor, die als Struktur ausgebildet sind, wobei die spektralen Eigenschaften der mindestens zwei Isomeren sich im THz-Frequenzbereich unterscheiden und detektierbar sind.

 

DE 102009009604 A1 UPAB: 20100908 NOVELTY - The safety element (3) has two isomers (4, 5) e.g. structural isomers or stereo isomers, of a substance e.g. benzoic acid, designed as a structure, where spectral properties of the isomers are differentiated and detected in terahertz frequency range. The isomers are selected in such a manner that the isomers are not differentiated in a visible range or a close infrared range. The isomers are brought or embedded into a matrix. The isomers are arranged together with the matrix such that the isomers form a barcode or a model code as the structure. USE - Safety element for marking and/or identifying an object e.g. safety and/or value document and product (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to a bank note, an identification card, a data card, a ticket, an adhesive label, a semiconductor component, and a package pasted label e.g. medicament. ADVANTAGE - The spectral properties of the isomers are differentiated and detected in the terahertz frequency range, thus avoiding unauthorized imitation of the safety element, without powerful resources in a chemical process.
