Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung eines Werkstuecks mit einem Werkzeug, wobei die durch eine Handhabungseinheit, insbesondere einen Roboterarm, aufgrund dessen mangelnder Steifigkeit resultierenden Fehler mittels ueberlagerter Achsen in Form einer dynamisch von der Handhabungseinheit entkoppelten Ausgleichsaktorik ausgeglichen werden.
